Strategy, measures and goals

Our comprehensive sustainability strategy aims to incorporate the key issues for developing our business activities in the long term and includes the following1):


Our overarching sustainability goals:

  • Achieving the net-zero climate goal by 2050
  • Optimising energy efficiency by 20% by 2030
  • Reducing CO2 emissions by 20% by 2030
  • Expanding renewable energy by 20% by 2030
  • Achieving 100% building certification by 2030
  • Reaching 100% ESG data transparency by 2030

Our sustainability actions and performance results2):

  • Expansion of the tenant survey to include commercial tenants
  • Expansion and annual re-certification of 100% of the existing portfolio with SSREI
  • Implementation of operational optimizations for approximately 10% of the properties
  • Portfolio optimization through centralized electricity and energy procurement
  • Participation in the annual PRI reporting
  • 4 Green Stars in the GRESB Assessment

1) All properties in which our managed or advised investment vehicles are invested generally comply with the three-pillar model applied by us (1. Labels/Certificates, 2. Energy efficiency and CO₂ emission optimisation, 3. Benchmarking/Reporting). We would like to point out that the related criteria are currently not part of the fund documentation or subject to regulatory review.
