Dr. Andreas Wiencke supports institutional investors and real estate companies in strategically embedding sustainability, efficiently implementing regulatory and climate-related requirements, and strengthening their long-term competitiveness.

As Head of Sustainability at Nova Property Fund Management AG and Chair of the Sustainability Committee, Dr. Andreas Wiencke is responsible for developing and implementing the sustainability strategy for real estate portfolios and investment mandates.

He has more than 15 years of experience in ESG, Sustainable Finance and Real Estate Sustainability, combining strategic advisory with consistent operational implementation. His areas of expertise include ESG integration into investment and business processes, decarbonisation and portfolio optimisation, product development and business transformation, as well as ESG data management, governance and reporting.

Silas Meier, Sustainability Analyst

Silas Meier supports institutional investors and real estate companies in transforming ESG data into sound decision-making bases and efficiently implementing regulatory requirements.

Silas Meier is Sustainability Analyst at Nova Property Fund Management AG, where he supports the operational implementation of sustainability initiatives for real estate portfolios, products and mandates.

Silas Meier is responsible for the SSREI certification of all real estate portfolios and investment mandates managed by Nova Property Fund Management AG. He has extensive experience in ESG data management, analytics, benchmarks and reporting. His focus is on analysing and preparing ESG data, conducting benchmarks, and the operational implementation of regulatory requirements and sustainability initiatives.
